3. Services and Pricing

Blue Lightning Pressure Cleaning provides professional pressure cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our website, service descriptions, and pricing, errors or discrepancies may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to modify or update our service offerings and prices at any time without prior notice. Should we identify a pricing error, we will inform you and provide the correct information before proceeding with your booking. We are committed to delivering services as described, but adjustments may be necessary to account for unforeseen circumstances.


4. Payment Terms

  • Payment Due Upon Receipt: Payments for services rendered are due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, cash, and checks.
  • Late Payment Policy: Payments not received within 10 days of the invoice date will be considered late. A late fee of $25 will be charged for every 15-day period the payment remains delinquent. It is your responsibility to ensure prompt payment to avoid these additional charges.
  • Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Fee: If a check payment is returned due to non-sufficient funds, a $30 NSF fee will be applied. We reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any additional costs incurred in the process of collecting payment.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen events may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. While we do not impose any cancellation fees, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to allow us to make the necessary adjustments to our schedule. Providing ample notice helps us maintain efficiency and deliver excellent service to all our clients. We reserve the right to refuse future services to clients who repeatedly cancel without sufficient notice.


6. Refund and Damages Policy

We are dedicated to delivering top-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please note the following:

  • Service Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our work, please notify us within 48 hours of the service date. We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct the issue to your satisfaction.
  • Refunds for Services Rendered: As our services involve labor and resources, refunds are generally not provided. However, if a significant issue arises that cannot be resolved through our corrective measures, we may consider a partial or full refund at our discretion. To request a refund, please email us at info@bluelightningpc.com with a detailed explanation of your concern, including photos if applicable. We will review your case and respond promptly.
  • Damages Policy: We take every precaution to protect your property. If damage occurs as a result of our work, you must report it in writing within 48 hours of the service date. Please provide a detailed description of the damage, along with photos and relevant documentation. We will assess the situation and, if found responsible, work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation.
  • Exclusions from Liability: We are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or natural wear and tear that become apparent during the cleaning process.

7. Communications and SMS Messaging

We value your privacy and only send SMS messages if you have opted in. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to order and customer information and, on occasion, promotional messages. We do not send messages outside of these purposes, nor do we share your phone number with third parties. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.


8. Liability and Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranties, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific needs or expectations, nor do we guarantee any specific results beyond what is expressly promised. We are not liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or website. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.


9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blue Lightning Pressure Cleaning and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
